Figs and Prosciutto
I don't think this really qualifies as a recipe, but it's absolutely one of my favorite late summer/early fall snacks. Buy the heaviest, juiciest, ripest figs you can find. Slice them up. Drape prosciutto on top.
Eat. Sigh. Lick fingers. Repeat.
