Diamond Stole

We're getting ready to go to Los Angeles for the weekend to get a huge, much needed bunch of smooches and  hugs in with nieces and family. Naturally, anytime a plane ride is involved, knitting comes to mind. This morning, as I sat on the couch, slowly sipping my cuppa joe, I saw this project sitting all forlorn and unloved in my knitting basket.  Well - maybe it's me who's all forlorn without a furry four-legged to snuzzle on in the mornings. I'll give you that. At any rate, I've found new love for this gorgeous pattern and am determined to finish it so I can wear it this fall.
