Happy 7th Birthday to Jacey - one of my very favorite nieces - who happens to love all things purple and pink. I can't believe it's finished - but here it is - my second official quilt. This is a much improved version (at least technically speaking) over my first effort and a true labor of love considering all of those little tiny squares are 2x2 inches. I especially loved working with my "color consultant" /husbando on all of the combinations - and was just thrilled when I found the fabric for the back - JUST purpley/pinky enough and dotted with little yellow birds. Adorable!
Jacey - I wish you many sweet dreams and luscious naps under this quilt! May all of your birthday wishes come true.
