Green Goddess!

Emanuela - this one is for you. I can't think of anything tastier on Little Gems this time of year. Try to get some on the lettuce after you're done licking your fingers.

Green Goddess Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup coarsley chopped fresh chives (or a bit more if you have them around)
1/2 cup watercress leaves (optional)
1 green onion, coarsley chopped
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar (or more to taste)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon (I used 2 six inch sprigs from the garden)
1 small garlic clove, peeled 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
